✦TERM OF SERVICE✦

By ordering my commission, you have read and agree to the Terms of Service agreement stated in this section.

✦ GENERAL

  • NOT FIRST COME FIRST SERVE I'll work one the easiest commission first on each batch.

  • I reserved the right to decline your order if I think that it's impossible for me to fulfill your demand or the request are out of my expertise.

  • I am allowed to post the commission piece to my social media for my portfolio. I will upload the cropped/resized/watermarked version in my social media as a portfolio.

✦ PAYMENT

  • Payment through PAYPAL (for now) in USD only and IDR through Local Bank

  • the payment should be done within 24 hours after the invoice is sent, unless we discuss otherwise.

✦ Deadline & Delivery

  • No spesific deadlines, it might take up to 1-3 months to finish a piece, it's also depends on the queue and my RL schedules, rushing would cost extra (50% of the total fee)

✦ Revisions

  • Please provide characters with visual reference ONLY! and if possible, a quick summary of what they're like to avoid any OOC/misinterpretation in the drawing

  • Major Revisions only allowed on sketching process, 2x max revision time.

  • Minor changed if needed in the final illustration

✦ Use

  • DO NOT use my works as material to train AI, NFTs, and cryptos.

  • DO NOT use my works to commercial unless we've discussed the matter before hand (the commercial fee would be 2-3 times the normal price), any use of image in broadcasting platform (Youtube, twitch) are considered commercial use.

  • I reserve the copyright to the work.

  • Commissioner may use or repost my art with proper credit, please post the watermarked pictures

  • I will contact you when it's your turn (per-batch) please response within 48 hours (whether you still interest in commissioning or not) or your slot will automatically given to the next person on the list.

✦WORKFLOW✦

  1. Filling form - Character details, you can find the form here

  2. Payment Upfront - The payment will be done upfront, the invoice should be paid within 24 hours, if you have some trouble you can tell me. after the payment is done, you will be put on the queue list. I will work based on this list.

  3. Rough Sketch - when your turn is up, I will send you the rough sketch of the commission, I accept any minor and major revisions here up to 3 revisions

  4. Lining - Base - Lining and Base coloring steps, no major revision

  5. Finishing - Rendering and finishing steps, after this I will send you the low-quality image and ask for your final approval before sending you the High-Quality Files. I accept Minor change here 1 time.
